Once upon a December in 2019, a simple “Hey, how’s your Saturday going?” popped up on Siri’s screen. Little did we know, this unassuming message was the first chapter of our own fairy tale. Despite the casual greeting, Siri saw something special. Just like Nishant did when he saw Siri’s picture – the one in a beanie and oversized red winter coat. And just like that our story began to unfold.
Soon later came our first FaceTime call, which, to everyone’s amusement, lasted five hours until 4am – because we all know Nishant is famous for his love of long phone calls (note the sarcasm).
Fast forward to October 2020, in the quaint setting of State Park, PA, we found ourselves face to face for the first time. It was the perfect middle ground, a symbolic bridge between Nishant’s roots in Princeton, NJ, and Siri’s in Cleveland, OH. Our first date? A memorable adventure to none other than Taco Bell. While it may not have been candlelit fine dining, it was the start of something extraordinary.
As fate would have it, our next rendezvous was in the enchanting city of Philadelphia. The City of Brotherly Love embraced us, and amidst its historic charm and vibrant streets, we discovered a shared love for each other and the city itself. It was here, in December 2023, surrounded by the magic of Philly’s twinkling lights, that Nishant asked Siri to be his forever.
Over the years, our journey together has been marked by an array of shared experiences, from thrilling escapades to serene moments, all painting colorful pages in the story of our life together.
