On March 7, 2015, Shivani and Sunny became husband and wife. They chose to have their wedding at the Taglyan Complex located in Hollywood, California. They started out getting ready at the Sportsman’s Lodge in Studio City. The baraat began with Sunny arriving in a yellow Lamborghini, then being brought in on a white horse. The baraat ended with a milni exchange between the families. They held a traditional Punjabi Hindu ceremony inside under a pink &yellow draped mandap. The ceremony was conducted by Pundit Arun Dwived, one of our favorite priest. Following the ceremony, the bride and groom departed with a small viddai ceremony. The reception followed in the evening in the main ballroom, where Itesh from Neddle Free Pugs had the guest dancing all night!
Behind the scenes: They decided to go with one of our cinematic packages, which included 2 Canon 5D Mark III camera coverage of preparation, 3 Canon 5D Mark III camera coverage ceremony and reception. They chos to have us do a same day highlight, so all the footage from the mornign was prepared to be played at the reception. We added in the recption footage after the wedding! They will receive a feature film (about 3 hours) along with a highlight film (11 minutes). Client will also receive the hard drive with all raw files.
