Our love story didn’t start with fireworks or grand gestures—it started with a single glance at a university football game in 2019. Imrul saw me that day, but it wasn’t until two years after that we reconnected online.
What started as casual conversations soon turned into something deeper—we became close friends, bonded by our shared industry, ambition, and drive to be the best versions of ourselves.
Imrul became one of my greatest supporters, pushing me toward excellence and encouraging me to chase my dreams. Somewhere between our late-night chats and endless laughter, we realized we had something special. Before we knew it, friendship turned into love.
Even in the face of the most complex adversities, Imrul never wavered in his promises. Despite certain uncertainties, he saved up for my engagement ring, determined to propose when he had promised he would. And he did—keeping his word, proving once again the depth of his love and commitment. As we neared our wedding, everything aligned. He found a job at the firm where we both now work, and we stepped into the next chapter of our lives with everything falling into place.
Our wedding was more than just a celebration—it was a testament to our journey, filled with moments that reflected our love, resilience, and the unwavering belief that we were meant for each other. From the heartfelt proposal with friends to the intimate family engagement celebration, from the bridal shower hosted by my childhood friends to the pre-wedding photo shoot, every event was a page in our love story. The Holud was a burst of color and joy, our lakeside Nikah ceremony was the pinnacle of our dreams, and the post-wedding shoot at Imrul’s family home in Dhaka was the perfect closing chapter to the beginning of our forever.
