We were never supposed to meet, I was born and raised in India and Adam in the US! We come not only from different countries but different cultures, he was raised jewish and I am a Hindu. And in-fact, I was very hesitant signing up for online dating but I gave it a chance all thanks to my amazing girlfriends I met online on bumble bffs!! And omg, he was the second guys I swiped right on and the only guy I went on a date with!
After meeting him on our first date (that I was late for 30mins and almost canceled it at last minute haha) I realized that not only he was such a patient, handsome guy but how he shared the same values and aspirations as me. even though our personalities are so different (I am like thunder and lightning and he is the serenity of the ocean), we balance out and bring out the best of each other!
I am so thankful for the 24hear old me that just impulsively decided to go to the US (with all my family back in India) and even more thankful that the 27 year old Parthvi decided to take a chance and swipe right on my future husband!
