Manasi and Arjun’s Wedding Planning Journey
Arjun and Manasi’s love story began at a Make-A-Wish Foundation charity basketball game at UCSD over a decade ago, where Manasi was organizing the event and Arjun was playing. After Arjun injured his shoulder, Manasi tended to him on the sidelines, and their conversation quickly blossomed into a deep connection. Over the next few hours, they shared their dreams and stories, discovering a bond that felt destined, knowing their lives had changed forever.
Manasi and Arjun’s wedding was a celebration of love, resilience, and their shared roots in the Bay Area. Balancing demanding physician training schedules—Manasi in San Diego working towards her future as an Oncologist and Arjun in New York following his passion for Sports Medicine—they planned a cross-country wedding during the COVID- 19 pandemic, with the goal of creating an unforgettable experience for their guests.
