A Love Story That Began in Paddington and Found Its Fairytale Ending at Fairmont Jaipur
Khushi and Deepak’s journey is a testament to love that grows through shared dreams, unshakable support, and the magic of serendipity.
It all began in the bustling heart of London. On 23rd February 2019, Khushi, a journalist, crossed paths with Deepak, an entrepreneur, for the very first time at Paddington Station during a college trip. Neither of them could have imagined that this casual meeting would lay the foundation for a lifetime of love.
Their story unfolded against the iconic backdrop of London as they transitioned from classmates to companions, and eventually, soulmates. “This city holds a special place in our hearts,” shares Khushi. “From late-night walks by the Thames to cheering for each other during our toughest times, London became more than just a place—it became a part of us.”
On the same date in their hometown, Khushi and Deepak took their love to the next level when they got engaged. But in 2024, during a trip back to London, Deepak planned a moment straight out of a fairy tale. In front of the iconic Tower Bridge, he got down on one knee and proposed. “He danced his heart out to express how he felt,” Khushi recalls. “It was the most magical moment of my life.”
The couple’s pre-wedding celebrations took them across London and Scotland, where they created memories to last a lifetime. And then came the wedding—hosted at the breathtaking Fairmont Jaipur, a venue Khushi had dreamt of since 2012.
“I always wanted to marry in a palace, just like the fairytale stories, and I think Fairmont Jaipur has been the one. Fairmont Jaipur has excellent venues, hospitality, and service; it truly made my dreams come true for my big day,” she shares. “It’s like a palace with the perfect blend of royalty and scenic beauty.”
The wedding, set against the regal backdrop of Fairmont Jaipur’s mountains and was nothing short of a dream—a celebration of love, family, and the journey that brought Khushi and Deepak to their happily ever after.
