~On March 30, 2013, Rupi & Vikram became husband and wife. They chose to have their wedding at the Huntington Beach Hyatt Resort & Spa located in Southern California, with both of their ceremonies taking place on the Lighthouse Lawn. The first was the Sikh ceremony, which was in honor of the bride, while the second was the Hindu ceremony, which was in honor of the groom and his family.
One of the services that this client was excited about was the same day edit, which has become very popular with our couples. We shot everything in the morning on that glorious Saturday and had it ready to be played at the reception later that evening. The reception coverage was added to this reel after the wedding.
Behind the scenes: They decided to go with one of our cinematic packages, which included 3 Canon 5D Mark III camera coverage of preparation, ceremony and reception. They also added on the 25 foot jib crane, which provided us beautiful shots overhead to use for their highlight and final reel. They will receive a full-length extended reel (about 3 hours) along with a highlight reel (9 minutes). The client will also receive a hard drive with all raw files/footage.
