‘Char Bagh’ or four gardens are Persian-style garden layouts. The quadrilateral garden is divided by walkways or flowing water into four smaller parts. Most ancient gardens are metaphors for Paradise and the Char Bagh is no exception. Inspired by the central principle of Char Bagh, balancing architecture and nature, we juxtapose those elements in the collection with graphic bold prints to depict geometry and the delicate floral embroidery to translate nature on to textile. In a color palette of pale blush pink and black in earthy natural fabrics like silk mul, cotton and crepe silk the collection has soft flowing feminine silhouettes and elements of some structured graphic forms carrying forward the theme of the contrast of nature and architecture.
